About Chenxi Medical

Hangzhou Chenxi Medical Management Consulting Co., Ltd. helps patients considering care in China organize records, questions, appointments, and communication. Clinical judgment remains with licensed physicians.

Medical coordination, not replacement care

  • Prepare and organize medical records
  • Arrange written specialist opinions
  • Coordinate hospitals and specialists
  • Support appointments, admissions, communication, and follow-up

What we do

Organize records, clarify the patient's questions, identify appropriate hospital and specialty options, coordinate appointments and communication, and support handover after care.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose, prescribe, promise outcomes, or make medical decisions for you. Treatment recommendations remain with the hospital and treating physicians.

Before work begins

Service scope, fees, permitted use of records, expected timing, and likely limitations are explained in writing.

Records first

We review existing tests, imaging, pathology, and medication records before discussing travel, additional testing, or whether a remote opinion may be useful.

Information sharing

Records are disclosed only with the patient's knowledge and authorization to hospitals, physicians, and necessary providers involved in the requested service. We do not sell personal data.

Fee boundaries

Chenxi Medical's service fee is separate from hospital charges for registration, tests, treatment, medication, and accommodation. Third-party costs depend on actual hospital and provider quotations.

Situations that may fit our service

  • You have records and want to understand whether care in China is worth considering
  • You need a Chinese specialist's remote second opinion based on existing records
  • You want help identifying appropriate hospitals, specialties, physician profiles, and likely next steps
  • You have decided to travel and need appointment, interpretation, accompaniment, or record handover support

When another service should come first

  • For chest pain, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, major trauma, or another emergency, contact local emergency services immediately
  • If you need an urgent diagnosis, prescription, or immediate symptom management, seek direct medical care
  • We cannot guarantee a cure, a treatment outcome, or that a specific physician will be available
  • Our service is not a substitute for an in-person consultation or hospital decision
